This is a static site. It has no accounts and no comments. Its one form asks only for an email address, and it never asks for health information.

What this site collects
This site does not ask for your name or health details. It has no sign-in and no comments. The only thing it can collect is an email address, if you choose to use the signup form described below. It does not set its own cookies. It does not run analytics in this version.
Email signup
The flare tracker signup form collects one thing: your email address. It is sent to the site’s email newsletter provider (MailerLite or Buttondown; this page will name the one in use before the form goes live), not to Cloudflare, which hosts this site. It is used only to send you the flare tracker and occasional plain-language updates about this site.
Your email is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing. To unsubscribe or have your address deleted, ask through the contact page and it will be removed. Do not put health information in the form. The tracker PDF is also free to download without signing up.
If a dedicated email service is used later, this page will name it before it goes live.
Google Fonts
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google. Google receives the request, including your IP address and basic browser information, as any web server would. Google’s handling of that is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most websites, Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, the page requested, and the time. This site does not use those logs to identify you.
Affiliate links and analytics, later
The gear guides are set up for affiliate links, which are not active yet. When they are, clicking one takes you to a retailer, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. That will be disclosed here, and on the disclosure page, when it happens.
If analytics are ever added, this page will name the tool, say what it collects, and be updated before or when it goes live.
Changes to this page
When this page changes, the “Last reviewed” date above changes with it.
